Welcome to our bookings system

We have the Main Hall, and smaller Keys Room available for events. Both halls have access to the kitchen, which is included in the hire.  We also have a small Committee Room which is ideal for meetings of up to 12 people. To make a booking:
1. Scroll down to check availability on the calendar below.
2. Click on the + in the corner of the day/hall you are interested in.
3. Fill in your details on the screen, as prompted.
4. Complete the booking form. Please click to verify your email address when prompted.
5. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions, as you are agreeing to abide by them by ticking.
6. An estimate of your hire cost will be displayed on the screen.
7. Details of the deposit required is advised when choosing the activity type.
8. Click on 'save and email booking'.
9. Payment of the deposit and hall hire invoices will be notified to you on confirmation.

We will confirm your booking by email and send details of the deposit and hire invoices, advising when payment is due.  Nearer the time of your event, we will contact you regarding keys and access to the hall.
